And when I say properly, I mean with a long, shiny, pink…….*Ahem*….Rose Quartz pleasure wand a.k.a crystal dildo! It was after a mind blowing workshop whilst on holiday in Bali that I found myself in a ‘spiritual’ shop purchasing my first crystal sex toy as I embarked on my sexual liberation journey. 

Prior to this I had been a performer in the bedroom, meaning I faked orgasms, overly expressed myself, *cue the pornstar sound effects* and didn’t put my pleasure first. This was thanks to catching a boyfriend watching porn in my early 20’s and never feeling like what I was experiencing or doing was good enough.

As I started to travel the world and study in various modalities related to sexuality, relationships, intimacy, and pleasure, I felt more confident, empowered and embodied as a woman.

In 2020 I became a Certified Holistic Sex Coach and majored in female sexuality, women's empowerment and tantric sex. I came from a background in yogic teachings (RYT 550hrs), Fertility Awareness (natural contraception/conception) and menstrual cycle coaching. 

I work with women in a private 1:1 mentorship capacity, group coaching programs, online courses and in-person events. I have spent the last 6 years perfecting my craft through science and body-based wisdom, Eastern and Western learnings, and ancient and modern-day practices. I feel honoured to be able to hold space and share my teachings with women of all ages all around the world.
