Hi I’m Mel,

Internationally Certified Sex and Relationship Coach based here in New Zealand. I am deeply passionate about teaching and guiding women how to feel sexually free, alive, turned on and confident in the bedroom!

After attending a sexuality workshop in Bali many many moons ago I realised how disconnected I was from my sexuality. I was a yoga teacher at the time and felt like conversations about sex and pleasure were rarely discussed. With a passion and mission to make sex more mainstream I travelled the globe to train with world-class sexuality teachers, somatic sexologists and tantric masters.

So, how did I end up here?

After a light bulb moment in Bali many moons ago when I properly met my vagina for the first time…

And when I say properly, I mean with a long, shiny, pink…….*Ahem*….Rose Quartz pleasure wand a.k.a crystal dildo! It was after a mind blowing workshop whilst on holiday in Bali that I found myself in a ‘spiritual’ shop purchasing my first crystal sex toy as I embarked on my sexual liberation journey. 
Prior to this I had been a performer in the bedroom, meaning I faked orgasms, overly expressed myself, *cue the pornstar sound effects* and didn’t put my pleasure first. This was thanks to catching a boyfriend watching porn in my early 20’s and never feeling like what I was experiencing or doing was good enough.
As I started to travel the world and study in various modalities related to sexuality, relationships, intimacy, and pleasure, I felt more confident, empowered and embodied as a woman.
In 2020 I became a Certified Holistic Sex Coach and majored in female sexuality, women's empowerment and tantric sex. I came from a background in yogic teachings (RYT 550hrs), Fertility Awareness (natural contraception/conception) and menstrual cycle coaching. 
I work with women in a private 1:1 mentorship capacity, group coaching programs, online courses and in-person events. I have spent the last 6 years perfecting my craft through science and body-based wisdom, Eastern and Western learnings, and ancient and modern-day practices. I feel honoured to be able to hold space and share my teachings with women of all ages all around the world.
There is a deep desire so many women share – to let go of shame, feel alive in their bodies and connect to their inherent power. It is my mission to support, educate and empower as many women (and men) as possible.
